Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement by email to: info@casa-moretti.it including:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the order

After your request, you will receive return instructions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in its original packaging, where possible

  • Not show damage caused by misuse or handling by the customer

We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet these conditions.

Do not send any product back without first receiving return instructions from us.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Error on our part

In these cases, Casa-Moretti will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

In case of a valid withdrawal:

  • You will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including the original standard shipping costs (excluding express or premium shipping).

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days from the withdrawal request, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or proof that the return has been shipped.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence to: info@casa-moretti.it.

We will offer, at no additional cost:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Legal Warranty (24 Months)

All products sold by Casa-Moretti are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under European and Italian consumer law.
In the case of non-conforming goods, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
